The Sales Representative is responsible for selling Winkhaus products in the access control sector (mechanical and electronical profile cylinders).
He/she advises customers and prospects by identifying their needs in order to offer them a suitable solution.
He/she develops the customer portfolio in the whole Walloon area.
He/she monitors and do his/her utmost to achieve sales targets set by the Management.
Advising end customers, architects, planners and specialist retailers.
Assisting product training and/or mounting with the help of the technical advisor.
Updating data in CRM_SAP Cloud for Customers on a weekly basis.
Monitoring complaints in accordance with Winkhaus process.
Attendance at trade fairs.
Technical and commercial know-how in building industry
Languages: fluent in French and English. German and Dutch are a plus.
Experience in access control organisation
Confidence in acquisition and contract conclusion
